Hi, I run into a problem when using the matlab function to covert raw data. Matlab cannot find the file "dummy.log", which seems to be a critical file to the Recon software. Where is it?

Hi Tim, This is an error which has just recently been brought to my attention. The OPT package downloadable from our site did not include the dummy file. We apologize for the inconvenience and are going to fix the link. For now, i'm attaching the log to the forum. Sorry for the mix up. dummy.log (2.3 KB)

Thanks for the upload. I browsed it quickly and I think I will need to change some items manually, eg. path, filename prefix, etc. However, what about "Instrument S/N=13", "Rotation Direction=CC" and "Ring Artifact Correction=20"?

You can ignore all of those. Basically the instrument S/N is the serial number of a previous commercial machine. It has no effect on calculation. Rotation direction = CC means counter clockwise i presume. If you bought the same rotation motor as us then it should stay the same. Artifact Correction=20 is something that will be rewritten after you perform reconstruction so it can be ignored.
