I have attached the drawing for the following part: - CCD to Microscope Adapter **Please note that I am still in the process to verify if the thread on the adapter is 1 1/2"-32. I have been told the outside thread is indeed 1 1/2" - 32 UNS

Can you upload the stp file or other 3D format file of the whole system so that people can have a detailed view of the system at ANY angle? I know there are 3D view and orthogonal views in the paper, but they are fixed. So, if a CAD version is available, that will be a great in assembling the system. Thanks.

Thanks. I don't know if a professional software will help, but I used STP Viewer to open the files, and there is no dimension information. Is it so when they were created? Thanks.

Hi Tim,
CP-5 is just a thick washer to raise the iris to the optical axis. Ours is approximately 0.37" thick, 0.75" in diameter with a hole just greater than a 1/4"-20 screw.

Attached are the 3D CAD file and drawing for the OPT sample mounts (aka chucks). opt chuck.stp (31.27 KB) opt chuck.pdf (142.69 KB) We currently use a 1/4" x 1/4" cylindrical rare earth magnet epoxied into the bottom hole to be able to attach the chuck to the custom steel rotation stage. The magnets can be purchased from Lee Valley Tools and the part number is 99K36.01. The geometry of the grooves on the top face of the chucks are not critical and may not even be necessary. We based our design off of the chucks supplied with the Bioptonics OPT system which also had grooves. JD
